CleanLoop

CleanLoop — the future option

CleanLoop is a later idea. It is not required for the stall math. No payroll on this page.

Vertical integration

Phase 1 sells the bag. Phase 2 can own the mill. CleanLoop is the optional third step: the same operator takes spent bedding back, composts it next to the mill, and sells the soil. That is vertical integration. It is not required to start.

The truck pays both ways. Full bags go to the barn. Spent bedding comes back to the pad next to the mill. That pile becomes compost and gets sold.

The barn already keeps part of that compost inside the $1,081. CleanLoop would sell the other part. Two checks. One pile.

Phase 1 does not run this. Haul is hired from the hauler the track already uses. CleanLoop is added only after barns are actually buying and the pile is real.

Field, mill, stall, truck, pad, field
  1. 1. Fiber acres. The grower bales the stalk.

  2. 2. Inbound truck. Bales arrive at the mill.

  3. 3. Mill floor. The line splits hurd and bast.

  4. 4. Outbound truck. Bagged hurd goes to the barn.

  5. 5. The stall. A horse stands on hurd.

  6. 6. Return truck. Spent bedding comes back.

  7. 7. Compost pad. It sits beside the plant.

  8. 8. Finished compost goes back on the acres.

The mill opens without owning the trucks. The loop can be added when the pile is real.

What the optional third step looks like, if we chose it: own the trucks, own the compost yard, sell the yard’s share of the pile. It is not required to start.
